1. Booking & Payment
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Guests must provide accurate personal details when making a booking.
- Payments can be made via accepted methods, including online transfers, credit/debit cards, or cash at check-in.
- Advance payments may be required to secure your booking.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or phone.
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing:
- 1. More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
- 2. 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- 3. Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
- No refund will be provided for early check-outs or no-shows.
3. Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Check-in time: 2 PM
- Check-out time: 11 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property or amenities.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given.
- Any illegal activity or misconduct will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
- Mansion Du Lac is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the stay.
- Guests must follow safety guidelines and use amenities at their own risk.
- We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or policies without prior notice.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect guest privacy and handle personal information as per our Privacy Policy.
- Personal data is collected only for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
